Competitive pricing with no call-out fees... I'm here to help

I don't charge a call-out fee for the suburbs I cover but simply flat-rate prices based on the time I spend working on your computer, plus of course the cost of any additional hardware or software that might be required. My pricing is just $25 for each quarter hour (or part thereof) spent working on the job. For residential customers GST is already included in this price. The minimum time period is three quarters of an hour and, if the work is done within this timeframe, I'll be available to deal with any other issues you may have in order to give you full value for money. A surcharge of $50 applies for jobs on the weekend or a public holiday or which are booked to commence after 5:30 pm on a weekday.

 

I'll make sure you understand the potential cost upfront, based on our initial discussion about what you need, before arranging to come. If you wish you can observe as I get to the bottom of your issue and I'll keep you informed about everything I'm doing. Any training will be customised to exactly what you need and whatever questions you might have. I can guarantee you a speedy, friendly and efficient service and aim to leave you more than satisfied with the outcome, whether it's a computer repair or any of the other services I offer.

 

I can receive payment using credit card, cash, cheque, PayPal or with a bank transfer.
