My name is Norm McLaughlin. I'm from Northern Ireland originally and I've been living in Sydney since 2009. I have a Masters Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Back in Northern Ireland I spent eleven years working in both hardware and software development for a multinational corporation in the telecommunications industry. In more recent years I worked for a global non-profit organisation, looking after the IT requirements in their Sydney office and troubleshooting issues.

 

I cover a wide range of suburbs in Sydney and I'm ready to tackle your desktop PC or laptop repair, whatever the issue might be. I'm a born problem-solver, computer problems are my forte, and I take great satisfaction in getting to the root of the issue.
